The gardens were beautiful and you felt like you were outside of the city while being conveniently located by the heart of Aix which was within walking distance. The restaurant was also amazing. "We stayed just one night and everything was perfect. The room was small but we did not mind that. Everything was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Our room opened onto an inner courtyard and was very quiet. We asked in advance about parking and were given good advice for secure, paid parking. The pedestrianised area of the old town is entered just across the street and there are lots of lovely places to eat, drink, shop and just have a wander. The staff were friendly and helpful...
