"Fabulous place to rest and unwind. Good location to move about from around the Whitsundays. Infinity pool was to die for after a day out. Apartment was fabulous with breathtaking views on Airlie Bay. If i was being picky the only complaint we had was the curtains in the bedroom needed to be complete block out or add a blind so the sun didn't beam in at the crack of dawn whilst on holidays. Would absolutely stay again!"

"We loved our stay at the heart hotel. Firstly, we loved the location. Small walk to just about everything. Most tours pick up from behind the hotel. The staff were wonderful and kind (especially Dean). The only constructive feedback we have was in relation to the cleanliness - our room wasn’t properly cleaned (just a bed remake). This didn’t bother us too much though! Loved the stay thank you"

"While it was comfortable and clean, it lacked soul. There was only ever a receptionist, who was helpful. The other staff were tradies or cleaners. There was no vending machine, bar or cafe on site. Look, it wasn't bad, just soulless."
