"Great pool, nice and cool. Roomy loungeroom and kitchen with large new smart TV and large fridge. Had back lwft corner unit, so the traffic was a little loud in the morning - request a quieter one - there are plenty to chose from. "

"Staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The only issue was a smell coming from drains on last day, but the cleaning staff dealt with it straight away. And also the driveway to get out was steep, makes it hard as tour/transfer buses cannot access. But would definitely stay again"

"This accommodation is absolutely stunning. The view is so amazing and everything is great except for one thing. On our first day, as soon as we entered the room, we noticed an intense smell. We were told by concierge that it may be the common musty smell that they have in Queensland and that it’s normal because they had a lot of rain. The next day, she said she just remembered that the unit had just been painted so that’s what’s maybe causing the smell and that it’s normal. The smell...

"Great location, our apartment had a sea view, close to ferry port. Handy for bus stop and was pleasant 10 minute walk into town along the harbour front. Laundry facilities were great. Liked self catering option however Kitchen facilities somewhat limited. No kitchen scissors, small sharp knife, pans were not non stick. Microwave situated 6ft above floor level - difficult to see in/ remove things safely."

"Staff went above and beyond to assist with laundry facilities, getting us condiments, letting us park our car while we ventured on a Whitsunday sailing for 3 nights and stored our luggage without additional cost. We TOTALLY appreciated this."
