"We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable apartment with a great balcony. It is not too modern and is great value for money. It was easy to find and very close to the seafront, it has a pretty garden. The host was friendly and helpful. Milatos is a peaceful seaside village reminiscent of Crete 40 years ago, however it has choice of places to eat. We had our best meal in Crete so far at Meraklis Tavern on the waters edge, very good value"

"I know Greece very well, I have stayed in many “traditional” apartments. But there is a difference between traditional and so old it needs serious work. I booked as I was on business in the area for a couple of days. Any longer I would have moved. Now believe me the owner and his friend were fabulous, so hospitable and nothing a problem but I could not return to stay here again which breaks my heart for them.
