"We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. "Good points: Very friendly host. Nice house (apart from lack of oven and dishwasher), garden and pool. Less good points: On arrival, multiple advertised items had issues - aircon not working in main bedroom, oven and dishwasher in house didn't work so had to cook in an outbuilding all week, no WIFI or parasol (brought when I contacted the host), no bbq (I'd given up at this point so just left it)."

Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay.
