"Mama Silvia is a lovely, if somewhat quirky, villa in the village of Cornino near Custonaci. The Villa sits at the back of a group of Villas at the north end of the village about 400 mtrs from the beach and about 1km from the village centre. It is beautifully decorated with fabulous memorabilia from all her family’s travels. The pool, tennis court, exercise and gaming rooms created exceptional fun for my young adult children and their friends. "The villa is absolutely stunning and with a view to die for. The owner/manager Giuseppe was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and we were sad to leave! Marsala town in truth was a bit run down but get out to Erice, Salemi and Castelmarra del golfo... beautiful!!!"

"Good points: Very friendly host. Nice house (apart from lack of oven and dishwasher), garden and pool. Less good points: On arrival, multiple advertised items had issues - aircon not working in main bedroom, oven and dishwasher in house didn't work so had to cook in an outbuilding all week, no WIFI or parasol (brought when I contacted the host), no bbq (I'd given up at this point so just left it)."
