Home was clean but could use some extra work. carpet cleaned of stains. loveseat was not useable as seemed to be broke or just that it was worn out, was unable to use without putting several pillows on seat, otherwise when you set down on it you literally went to the floor. back deck should have been cleaned of excessive leaves, spider webs, and stale cigarette butts in container before our arrival. "We do an annual trip each year for all of the "kid" cousins to be together. The basement was perfect to be able to give them their own space to just hang out together. The living room upstairs was the perfect place for the whole bunch to watch movies. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. The property is out of Nashville enough that you can relax on the porch, in a hammock, by the fire, or in the hot tub, or drive into town and explore all that Nashville has to offer. The house is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 17 adults and kids. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and linens for our group. Would recommend! "

"My mom and I had a long weekend in this property. Only cons were we are sensitive to smells and every room was loaded up with plug-in air fresheners; we had to put them outside until we left, and the smells linger. There was also no detergent or dishwasher soap, but we just let the host know we had to hand-wash the dishes - as far as I know, we were not penalized. The place is very well stocked with an assortment of things, like plenty of towels, dishes/ utensils, a hair dryer. It was great for...

"All the detail that went into planning for our arrival were amazing. Including having such tasteful Christmas decor thoughtfully displayed through the entire home. This alone kept our great nieces who visited us one night quite busy trying to count all the Christmas Trees. The views from both well equipped porches are great. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were such wonderful and personable folks. Highly recommend this home. "
