"This is about 5 minutes from the Madrid airport. The metro station is across the road, about 30 mins and you will be at Plaza Mayor. The rooms are very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport. One thing to note, the toilet and shower rooms are just separated from the hotel room by frosted glass. It might be a concern if you prefer complete privacy in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again when flying from MAD."

The good thing is that there is a fee shuttle to the airport which takes the stress off finding transportation there. The hotel was very modern and staff were friendly and courteous. "Booked a small room since I had a long layover and was able to check in very late to get some rest before my next flight. The breakfast was good, and the staff was always very helpful. There are many restaurants near the hotel and the train from the airport is only a few minutes walk. Only negative is the shower is very small but other than that everything was perfect. The area around the hotel feels very safe."
