",,Amazing Stay,, -Very good standard of the room loads of space, large bathroom, very good breakfast with loads of choices. Staff above and beyond very helpful. Cherry on the cake was that receptionist borrowed us umbrella on rainy day so we can walk around. More hotels should be like that. "

"We had a wonderful 9-day summer stay in August, having come over from England (sorry this review is in English!). The house was fantastic and the area very beautiful. My eight-year-old twins loved climbing some of the local peaks, going to high-wire parks and local swimming pools. My elderly father was happy sitting on the great verandah, drinking a beer and watching the sun set over the mountains. We loved the little bread van that came each morning, and our kids had lots of fun playing with...

"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. We arrived around 7pm and had to drive back into town to find food. Overall it was a huge disappointment. With a friendly staff it would be amazing. "

The apartment itself is very cosy, what you would expect for a place to relax in the Alps. "After a very smooth check-in process, we arrived at this lovely home right in the heart of Hohentauern and were pleased to find it exactly as described. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5, and was a perfect “home base” for us as we visited a dear friend and toured the area. Our host, Michal, was helpful and super-responsive. Nightmare

"Very unfriendly staff who communicate with you in english only in case they want. When they not, so you are ignored. I needed invoice for company to accounting and receptionist was reluctant (refused add VAT Nr. to invoice). Room and everything around was poor. Never more ever."
