The floor plan works for a couple, a small family, or two couples. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a large open plan living room/dining room + kitchen. A utility room contains a washing machine. "Das Landhaus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Nachts ist es bei Wolken absolut dunkel und ruhig. Man hört nur die Steyr rauschen oder den Wind in den Bäumen. In etwas Abstand am Haus vorbei geht ein Wanderweg die Steyer entlang, der schöne Ausblicke auf das klare Bergwasser bietet. Da das Landhaus ganz unten im Flußtal liegt, ist es sehr windgeschützt. "Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Ort, das Haus alles war super. Wir sind zu sieben verreist plus ein großer Hund. Alles war perfekt und sauber, ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Zum relaxn und entspannen, im Dorf war es zu wenig Schnee sind deswegen nach Lachtal Ski Resort jeden Tag gefahren und es war dort einfach super. Nur zum empfehlen. "

"We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home. Gorgeous views of the Grimming mountain! The hosts were so welcoming and personally drove over to welcome us in, gave us a tour and toasts. Everything was incredibly clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Very cozy environment with a wood stove and a personal sauna. They were so accommodating for a baby as well and put clean sheets on a baby crib and brought out a high chair."

Wanderungen auch mit unseren kleinen (7 Monate und 4 Jahre) sehr gut möglich! Empfehlung Edelrautehütte inkl Scheibelsee! Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen (die erste total verregnet - durch das sehr gute Angebot - aber überhaupt kein Problem) und werden nächtes Jahr wieder Urlaub bei unseren sehr netten österreichischen Nachbarn machen.
