"Really lovely property and the hosts have done an excellent job setting it up….lots of beautiful little touches and so comfy and clean. although it’s on quite a busy country road/intersection, it is surprisingly quiet and doesn’t feel like it’s on a busy road at all! Beautiful!!😍"

"We had an amazing weekend and Sue was just lovely. Sue was caring, loved to share some of her life experiences with us. Breakfast was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the pool and in the garden. While Sue did spend time with us she was very mindful of us wanting some time to ourselves. She was always extremely respectful of that. I will stay there again and would recommend to my friends. "

"Beautifully appointed, relaxed and we all had enough space and our own rooms. Wonderful setting and attention to detail in the house. Loved the generous welcome pack of provisions, thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous cheeses, wines, breakfast goodies.... Highly recommend but would love to keep this as my secret!!"

This is after we paid him $60 extra in cash to be nice as we had 3 dogs. This was above what we already paid just as a nice gesture. "Property is right in the heart of Hahndorf. We were given an upstairs apartment. Not the best if you have large suitcases. The stairway is inside the apartments. "Incredibly relaxing stay! Bed was very comfortable (great for my bad back) fireplace in the Lounge Room with lovely outdoor bath was fantastic. I simply loved having a sauna inside the bathroom. When we arrived, we saw our little welcome pack with breakfast provisions for the first day and feed so we could feed the cows, goats and alpacas on the property. "
