"Our small, recently graduated Girl Scout Troop stayed and it was a perfect fit for our needs. The kitchen was helpful for low-cost in-house meals and the walk to Marina Village and the ferry dock was very manageable. The girls enjoyed the pool and the area was very quiet. The extra beach towels came in very handy! Our host was very informative and accommodating. I would recommend it for a reasonably priced vacation!"

"Everything about Villa and neighborhood is top tier...the pool is definitely a go to the water stays warm even at night. We no no issues things are walking distance such as restaurants beaches local stores and restaurants. We enjoyed 6nights .there"

"We have stayed at the Baha Mar previously and did not want the hustle and bustle of a popular resort. The unit was just as described and Winnie was a real gem. She did some pre-provisioning for us which was very helpful. We also used the services of the recommended food delivery service, Kraven. Kraven was absolutely perfect since we did not have to cook ourselves or leave the wonderful unit to go to a restaurant. The unit was well stocked, had a great view, and clean. "

"My villa was steps from the pool and only two minutes to the ocean. A perfect place to get recharged with the comforts of a home kitchen in the villa or a few steps to Viola’s restaurant. Service is on island time at the restaurant so relax and dont be rushed. Everyone on the property was gracious and helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends and will definitely be back whenever I’m on Paradise Island. "

"We had a wonderful stay here in October. Unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 7. Washer and dryer worked well and are a necessity on vacation with 5 kids. We rented a car and had a blast driving all over the north side of the island, to different beaches and attractions. Taxis are plentiful if you are uncomfortable driving on the left. I would have liked one more large nonstick pan. I’d have bought one myself and left it if we had stayed longer. A shared outdoor barbecue area...

"Beware of a rental that doesn't show the actual outside pictures of building. The check in process is horrible with the host, the key was under a conch shell below some lock boxes. The check in procedure never arrived via email like the host said. He finally called back after numerous calls that went unanswered. No address provided. We had a VIP Transport service that lived a couple of streets over and he advised us to go elsewhere. There is a locked gate leading on to the premises but barbed...

"Great location walking distance to Cabbage Beach. Enjoyed good drinks and food at Cabbage Beach Bistro while hanging at the beach. Favorite memory will be all day Aquashores Speedboat excusion with pigs, turtles and snorkeling and shark dive with Stuart Cove. Raquel was a great host and took care of all our needs. Her place had everything we needed and we highly recommend her place!"

"We had a lovely 7 day trip to the Bahamas. Our family of four had plenty of space in Ron's comfortable property. The home was well equipped for 3 meals per day and the property location was perfect. Less than half mile to Atlantis, Cabbage Beach and Margaritaville. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Ron is an excellent host, responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend his property for your future trip to the Bahama's."

"We absolutely loved our stay with Maxine. She was attentive and the apartment had everything we needed. The area was busy and taxis were often available, but most of the attractions were at least a 20 to 30 minute walk. The area is also still apparently recovering from a 2019 hurricane and the pandemic, so it is a little unsightly. All things considered, this apartment was the perfect place to call home during our stay and made all the other struggles much more bearable. "

Could spruce up the shower heads and some rust build up in areas. Not sure why people complain about the dark area. It’s very close to main streets and security 24/7.
