"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "The home was absolutely beautiful and cozy. My exact style just like home. My friends thinks that I'm crazy because the master bed, sheets, pillows, and blanket were SO comfortable. I literally wish that I spent a Lil bit more time in bed, but I was on "vacation". It was awesome how Ms. Sharon had the informational Booklet. We had to resort to that many times for food, fun, and reliable transportation. We used the fridge and microwave, didn't use the stove. Overall very awesome experience....
