"Love this hotel but this time we experienced a problem with the outdoor pool. The outdoor pool did not have enough sunbeds for the people there. There was only 2 sunbeds with shade for the entire hotel. There was then 6 chairs that people were using as sunbeds. We complained and was given 2 sunbeds from a depot downstairs but again no shade... With a child in 30c heat this is not acceptable. "When I arrived the staff asked me for 1800 turkish lira, which I thought was for the key deposit as there English was very poor. On check out I was told no money back. I thought that I had paid Expedia for my stay there, and I wonder if hotel is taking money from expedia as well as for guests. My room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Will not stay there again. "
