"Property was well located for beach and within walking distance of local taverna. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems or young children as there is a very steep open staircase leading down from the bedroom to the bathroom."

"This apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as described and as the pictures showed, it was better in real life. Very spacious lounge area with comfy seating. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and a large Fridge/freezer. Super bathroom with a washing machine, and all the powder/conditioner needed to enable us to wash most of our clothes before we left. "A very unusual and quirky place to stay, it has been converted to a comfortable holiday home on a number of levels ( so you need to have full mobility). Our host was very warm and welcoming and we had some very interesting conversations. the beds were very comfortable , the kitchen was well equipped too. It was a peaceful location set in beautiful gardens off the main road but it was very easy to visit the next village of Palekastro for shopping and eating in the tavernas. Not far into Siteia if...

"This place was nice. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area is comfortable. The patio is fantastic, and the view is excellent. There's a second bathroom with a washer on the patio, so you can enjoy the view and the sun while washing your clothes. A road passes directly in from of the house but there isn't much traffic on it, and because this house is up on a hill, the roadway isn't intrusive."

"We had a wonderful stay in this charming house located close to the beach. The house was spotless and well stocked with all the amenities. The view from the balcony over an olive grove to the sea was great - we particularly enjoyed all our breakfasts, lunches and dinners there. Also, the host, Nikolaos Kopanakis, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. To sum up, the location is really perfect for spending a most relaxed and delightful time on the south side of Crete."
