"The home is situated in a quiet area and equipped with air conditioning The five bedrooms were spacious, though guests need to provide their own bedding and towels. There are five bathrooms one of which did not work properly; however, the host addressed the issue. The host checked on us regularly. It takes approximately 40 minutes to reach Makola Market and the Art Center. Overall, the two-week stay was pleasant."

The location was an easy Uber ride away from the city center and the airport. However, I did experience some issues with traffic noise, which was noticeable at times. "This property is a small villa with 3 bedrooms is a deal considering it is about the same price as a hotel accommodation in Osu. Add to this that you have laundry facilities, a full kitchen and a spacious living room, this property is not just a deal, but a bargain. Michael are host was extremely nice and accommodating. The last day of our stay he let us keep our baggage in the villa till our evening flight. We come to Accra every year and we definitely come back here. "

"We are a family of 4 and were looking for a conveniently located house to rent for our almost 2 week trip. This house was that. As indicated in the home details, there is a lot around to do. Even with Ghana traffic, nothing seemed more than a quick trip away including the shopping malls, grocery stores, beach, airport, restaurants, etc. In that way we chose the right convenient location. "Property is nice, clean and descent. However, there are very important things that would have enhanced the stay and experience. There's an erratic electricity supply, a situation that results in frequent power outages from the national grid (ongoing load shedding), yet there's no standby power source (genset) at the house. "The house is impressively furnished and appointed. We were extremely comfortable during our stay. The host is amazing at providing support for anything that is needed, providing recommendations and overall just making sure our stay was pleasant. I cannot stress enough the quality of the stay and host as I have stayed in 7 rental properties in 6 different countries and this was the best."

"Made this location base for travel to the Gold Coast to the west and Keva to the east. Stayed about 3 weeks in one bedroom apartment on ground floor. Loved the swimming pools and onsite restaurant. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Be sure to specify if you want a one floor apartment with no internal stairs. Lastly I'd recommend bringing a non-slip bathmat. Floors are slippery. Good safe location. "

"The staff is courteous, friendly respectful and professional. The property is at very convenient location. The main problem was that the front door steps do not have a railing to hold onto going up and down; therefore, some people, especially seniors, have difficulty in navigating the front steps."
