"The room was not bad although it was terribly humid. Pillows were very uncomfortable. They don’t put bottled water and stores around were closed so we were thirsty all night. They woke us up at 7am to move the car (other cars were parked in front of us) as we were the last ones to check in so that ruined our sleep. The WC had a water leak. Too expensive for what it is. "

"I had a terrible experience with the hotel administrators. The electric gates of the parking lot closed as I was taking my car out, and they hit my back door very hard. The hotel didn’t want to assume responsibility and would not pay for the damage to my car. This made me very very upset. After 3 hours wait for their insurance, they only gave me half the amount of the repair costs.... Truly awful experience. I would never book this hotel again, and the “cheap cost” obviously wasn’t worth it."

"Tuve una pésima experiencia. La persona de la casa quiso cambiar un día antes de mi reserva la forma de pago. No se hizo responsable de hacer el pago como estaba acordado en mi reserva. El método de pago a la llegada. Esta persona no solo no lo acepto. Amenazó de cancelarme la reservación. Me marco por teléfono en plan amenaza para obligarme a pagar a su modo y su total era mayor al de mi reserva.
