" During my stay at the apartment, I noticed the following issues: • There were no dishwashing supplies or tools provided. • Laundry detergent for the washing machine was also unavailable. • The housekeeping staff did not wash the dishes or provide any dishwashing soap or tools. • Additionally, the microwave made a loud and unpleasant noise during operation. "The Hotel does not have parking facilities so finding a parking after 9pm is a nightmare. The parking around the hotel area is Residential parking after 9pm and you need to get a permit to park in the common parkings on the road. Service was too slow and everytime we had to request for the daily water and coffee which was supposed to be in the room. "

"Good central location right next to an excellent mall. Our room had a super view of the football stadium which would have been great if there had been a game on! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is no metro in Abu Dhabi but it was very easy to get a taxi which were really inexpensive ."
