"Stunning hotel! Couldn’t fault the staff, rooms, service. My only grumble is there isn’t anywhere to have a nigh time drink outside, you have to eat at one of the restaurants or are stuck using the inside slightly uninspiring bar. A sunset type bar, and there is plenty of space for one would round this hotel off! Couple call outs, I was an early checkin and Mary did a fantastic job accommodating and getting my room early. Also the incredibly smiley and friendly Ibrahim pool attendant, and forgive me I didn’t catch his name, but your front of house gent with glasses and a beard was so attentive and friendly. All of the staff were amazing, I’m just mentioning those I interacted with more than once and that stood out. Bravo! "

Special mention to David [bell area] as he was the one who really helped me out whether it was with water, or looking for a restaurant or pointing me to the salon and Reda, he was outstanding. "
