"Abisko Turiststation is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Abisko. The property has accommodation types for all budgets and is very clean and well kept. The two restaurants are perfect and the staff were easily available and very helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many hiking and cross country skiing trails and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding Abisko National Park. The train station is just next door - an easy walk even with luggage - and tour operators will pick you up directly from the turiststation. If you’re here in winter, you can view the northern lights from just behind the hotel, with gorgeous views of a lake and nearby mountains. I had a perfect experience, would absolutely come back! "

"The hotel itself was pretty cozy. The staff were friendly, for the most part. They have a sauna, gym, restaurant, lobby bar, game room, and a bar downstairs. The views were incredible. There were a lot of activities to keep busy. The only downside is the cost to get to the hotel from the airport in Kiruna. There were no trains or buses available after our flight arrived or before we departed, so we had to pay for a taxi both trips. It cost us $268 for the drive to the hotel, and $238 back to the airport. The cab drivers will up charge you for everything, so be prepared."

"Nice propertyt, near the town supermarket. This is a must during one stays, specially when most restaurants close after the summer season. It is also very close to the lake side if you come to Abisko to catch a glimpse of the Nortern lights where you can just walk over and have one of the best viewing area. The staffs are superb and very helpful. I highly recommend and I will stay here again should I visit Abisko again."
