"Escaped the crazy, and embraced peace. The Barn is a perfect place to unwind. Clean, spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Located in a quiet cul de sac in a small hamlet miles from the noise; and yet within a short drive to good pubs and country shops. This is an our second Christmas at The Barn. It’s a gem."

"The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services. "The property is well situated - Plantation Road is a lovely little street with one of the best pubs in Oxford as one of its jewels. This property would be perfect for those wanting to explore Oxford proper. Further, because the two bedrooms are subterranean they would remain cool in the summers in our opinion. "

"Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond when I had a few questions. The unit was what we needed, comfortable and space for everyone to spread out. The location was wonderful, we were out walking every day to see what we were interested in, didn’t need an Uber once, And if a bus was needed, the stations were very close."

"Terrific location, with comfortable beds, great showers and clean bathrooms. The kitchen could use some additional glasses, cooking/baking pots. and rugs need an uplift.It would be helpful to have the TV connect, with personal log in with Netfixs and other services.All in all we enjoyed our stay, and the large room was wonderful to entertain my grandchildren. I would certainly return."

"This is an outstanding property for a large group or family gathering. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is ideal for anyone wanting quiet country walks amongst wonderful countryside or as a base for exploring Cotswold villages and nearby towns. Good pubs close by but you must drive a few miles to buy provisions."

"This property is ideally located on the river at the Henley Bridge. It is within walking distance of the town and restaurants. Henley is a nightmare for parking but the owner provided parking passes which made the issue much easier. The property is old and as such does have some quirky features in the layout and with all the bedrooms upstairs could be an issue for elderly visitors. But overall we enjoyed the stay, the house was comfortable and any issues we did have were helpfully resolved by...

"Apt. quite small. Had a cluttered feel. A bit grubby in places. We had to clean the shower, sinks and kettle before use. Area quiet with about a 10 minute walk to Oxford. Buses ran regularly, which was helpful."
