"Many updates were obvious . Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was almost perfect and could be made perfect with a smaller wardrobe to avoid squeezing between bed and wardrobe. Hope to stay again. "

"Stayed in the executive rooms and was delighted by the space and utility. The hotel is older, so its a little aged in places, but the staff are lovely, and the location is brilliant."

"The hotel room was ok. We had a kitchen area but the pots were not cleaned. We didn't use them, so there no issue, but it is an example of the housekeeping standards. Overall though nice hotel and would stay again."

"My mum and I had a lovely stay at Ardoe! Our room was great, and we enjoyed drinks in the drawing room; the bartender was brilliant. Our meal was also fantastic, highly recommend treating yourself in their restaurant although they do also have bar meals. The only downside is that the swimming pool hosts so many lessons and also seems to attract a lot of local families, so we didn't have many opportunities to use the pool. We had to get up really early to use it before lessons started, but facilities are nice and the sauna is excellent. I recommend checking the schedule on arrival so you can plan around it."
