"We were on a late flight, so we arrived at the hotel near midnight. They gave us 2502, the top floor. The room was small and dated, but comfortable. But the room must have been under the main a/c, b'cos the humming was so loud that even my ear phones couldn't drown out the sound. Only thing to note is if you are coming on the airport train to Causeway bay, there is a bit of a walk at Hong Kong station / Central to transfer to the island line. Otherwise hotel is great. No frills, location is great and room was reasonably clean and quiet. Breakfast is included. Would definitely return again"

"It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. The concierge and bellman were also excellent the day I arrive and left. The shuttle is super convenient. The hotels is located in the mid levels and there is access to everything you can imagine you just need to walk down and talk the escalators back up. But you can go down for miles so wear comfortable walking shoes. "
