"Its called budget for a reason but you get what you pay for. Breakfast is continental only, no hot food - there is toast, cereal, muffins/croissants and fruit. Coffee machines do all the coffees. Staff were really friendly. There is 24/7 pizza available to your room. Room was standard, the sink was in the room, separate toilet and tiny corner shower. All clean though. Came to stay here for business, so was only in the room for sleeping which worked out ok. My room was on the busy road side but...

"We requested an early check-in prior to our stay however received no reply from the hotel. However, upon arrival the staff were willing to accommodate our request. When we went to the room the room was open with dirty bedding still in the doorway, however the room itself had been cleaned and made up and the dirty bedding quickly removed. "It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake.
