"The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious. He offered several personal recommendations to restaurants and a wine tasting at a nearby castle, all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our flight was diverted to another airport, so we were 6 hours later than expected, but able to communicate and get a quick response throughout. It's quite a small place, but there are only two of us, and we had everything we needed. The road in could be quite bumpy or extremely bumpy depending on which way, but we were able to do it in our economy car. "Our group of 13 - all family - rented for the week. It could not have worked out better. Some days a few of us would stay at the house instead of sightseeing because it was so lovely. Evenings were spent lounging on the terraces sipping wine and admiring the view which was fantastic. We had two dinners prepared for us in the home and both were deliciously memorable. I would recommend this place to everyone."

"After our week in Greve, moved to another place about 70km west, so comparison easy. In the Greve housr: Directions poor, no sign outside about name. Once inside, several things became obvious. No insect screens on windows, no hair dryer, no iron, no toaster, kitchen towels produced reluctantly. All metal cookware but no oven gloves.
