"We had fantastic and memorable time at Regent Taipei. The staffs were so kind to the customers, especially Yuki and Jenny from Taipan lounge, since arrival they welcomed us with lovely smile and assisted us with everything! "Love this hotel and its convenient location. Since I had an early flight and couldn’t check in early when arrived. I would recommend they offer some waters or show future guest a waiting area like a cafe or restaurant in the hotel to chill for few hours until room Is ready as a host. Luckily, our room was ready by noon but the clerk was busy and forgot to told us that the room was ready until I came up and asked them. Otherwise, hotel was clean and staffs are wonderful . Their buffet served...
