"The first night we were set on a room right next to the DJ . So it was so loud we couldn’t sleep until like midnight . The. They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel ."

"The Westin has a great pool including a boating “river” that runs through the property for a bit of paddling with you g children. The rooms are excellent. The staff is kid friendly. Located in a newer area of the island, walking distance from the duty free shipping and dining area. "

"- Wall power sockets were unsafe in 2/3 rooms on the same floor (sparks, burnt the charger, not stick on the wall) - Had to move room without any assistance at 12-1AM on the first night due to the wall sockets (we had to argue to move as well) - No smoke detectors - safety issue - also on a non-smoking floor (there’s definitely people smoking) - Room not cleaned properly - used cups not replaced or cleaned, cleaning staff continually forget to replace used amenities (eg. mosquito repellent) -...
