First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night. "If you are traveling for business this is not the place. Rooms are massive, but old and dilapidated. I had a strong drain smell also in the bathroom. Late check-in and early departures for business is a disaster. No after hours room service, despite saying so on the website. No gym. No early coffee/breakfast. Avoid. "
