"Was upgraded to room 1257 which had amazing views great size, but had 2 single beds. We asked if it could be made up as a double they said no as they dont have bedding big enough. We could move but to a lower grade room, so decided to stay in the one we were given and pushed the 2 singles together. It wasn't ideal for us but for 5 days we lived with it. "The Volcan is a lovely resort with very good staff and service. I gave it only four stars for several reasons. The food was very bland and boring and we ate in the restaurant at night just twice in 11 nights. Apparently there was another restaurant on site but it was closed.
