"We had planned a quiet relaxing stay, a place to warm up in this awful winter. The biggest hit was the property itself. Really spacious, beautifully and simply restored. Not liking too much sun it was perfect for me to relax inside when I’d had too much or sit on the Terrace. We don’t travel about too much but would come back and do that. "Located in a lovely rural community. Lots of activities within a short drive. The house was a really nice place to relax with a variety of activities to keep everyone from grandparents to young children happy. The owner was friendly and the communication was very good."

"Estuvimos, dos adultos, con nuestros peludos para 4 noches y lo pasamos super bien. El apartamiento es bastante grande y acogedor. Me encantaba el estilo de renovar este edificio antiguo con su caracter, pero con todos los facilidades modernos. Se encuentra fácil. Es céntrico pero muy tranquillo. "Very nice House !!! Beautifull inside, very nice Garden and very good location. It is only 2 minutes from a very nice beach by feet. The House is clean, you have your own location with the garden and park the car inside. In the garden you can sit under the trees and read or have lunch/dinner. My full recomendation ! "The property was surprisingly large vs the impression from the pictures with loads of sitting and lounging areas. It was quite cluttered with the owner's things - extra linen and towels, books, ornaments etc - which some people would like as homely; our preference would have been for a bit more pared-back. Great hotel, nice staff. Felt like a monastery!

"The hotel was great. Modern, clean, staff were keen. What is slightly bizarre is how quiet it is, it's like out was half empty. The only disappointment was the gym. Whilst modern it lacked equipment. Given the vast amount of public space, they are missing a trick here. Breakfast was very good each day. The road leading to the hotel is not great and there's very little public parking but plenty on the road."

Hotel Riu Oliva Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent. "

"Great hotel with friendly staff. Lovely clean complex overlooking the beach. Pool was saltwater and a bit cool so didn’t spend too much time in it. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Ideal location for the resort. "

"First time we had stayed at this property. We were recommended by friends who had stayed previously. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, 2 adults 1 child and there was more than enough room. The apartments were clean and tidy. There was plenty of activities for children to get involved in throughout the day. The Flamingo Beach is right on the doorstep with a supermarket and restaurants 2 mins walk. It's a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and 10-15 min walk to Playa Dorada Beach via the coastline with lots of bars restaurants to choose from. Great week and would definitely recommend. "
