"This hotel has the advantage that it is only a few minutes from the Airport, and the nearby Town. It looks good but there are some areas that need attention including: - Some of the paint-work which is looking rather worn. - The poolside tends to get rather busy with limited area to relax - Internet is not available in all areas of the hotel, although there is a desk in the Reception area for use of computers. - There is only one lift which means that many parts of the hotel are not step free...

"Overall this is a lovely complex for visiting in the winter months. The waiting staff are really attentive and the trainee on the reception desk went over and above when she came to find us to tell us our apartment was ready (after I’d missed her call). Food choice was good and the setting is lovely"

"Beautiful high quality new apartment. Loved the roof terrace with the bath and balcony with sea views for the spectacular sunsets. Swimming pool was great but also very close to sandy beaches. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Apartment serviced daily and new bedding alternate days. Loved the resort of El Cotillo with old port with its bars and restaurants. Only downside was the building work in the resort."

"The hotel is good if you are German. Would be nice that when you go in to book it in the hotel website or any other website that explain that is for German tourists as everything is written in german including the main staff is German or Austrians. We were looking for a Spanish speaking staff and cuisine more Spanish as well. "
