"location was perfect for the event we were going to and had lots to offer in terms of supermarkets and restaurants. also the coffee from the bar in reception is really nice. hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful if needed. so much space in the room. bathroom was great. the only thing was the temperature control in the main room wouldn't go up so was slightly chilly."

"I was only there for one night. A lovely hotel. I just wish I had, had the time to try the facilities. My only issue was the marshmallow pillows. Even with 2 they were far too soft. I resorted to using the cushions, supplied."

"The “wellness room” that we had was beyond our expectations - sauna and whirpool bath in the room. Lucky to have a great view of the train tracks for our 21-month-old to stare at the many trains passing by. "

"Great location just outside of the old central city. Staff was very helpful. On site bicycle rentals were cheaper than the local shops and we did not need a car. One staffer, Nicholas, even put together a list of resources for learning Dutch. "

"The hotel is very nice. The service was very friendly, and the room was spotless. Perhaps the only drawback is the bathroom, since it has an exhaust fan running continuously, it is very cold in winter. But other than that, everything was great. The area is very nice to walk around, there are good cafes in the surroundings, stores and lots of green areas. Also, very good connection by train and bus to other cities like Utrecht and Amsterdam. "A warm welcome on arrival. Lovely room in a separate building to the main one. Nice gardens and view from the room. Access to the spa included, but the pool was out of use both days. Charged extra by accident when checking out, but recitifed when phoned."
