This is a very nice hotel in a peaceful area close to Amersfoort. I am using the hotel as a base to visit family and it is very well suited for that purpose. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was in great shape, the restaurant closed at 10 which was great for a late night snack. The room itself was huge! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom a great size

Would not recommend.
Unfriendly, not very service-minded staff. The hotel generally/facilities are old, not very well-kept. My room had above 25 degrees when I arrived, not very smart to blast the heaters when no aircon in the room. Cleanliness- non existent. Especially the bathroom was disgusting. Would not recommend.

Property is not appealing on first approach. Room was absolutely dated and smelt of dog. Had a very creepy feel. We left and lost around 150£GBP when we informed reception they offered another room which is not used by dog owners. Shame they couldn’t do that when we arrived. Was very very off putting. We booked elsewhere: I can’t work out how the hotel was rated 8/10. Would never ever stay again. Extremely disappointing.

Ein ruhiges Hotel am Stadtrand, man kann Fahrräder ausleihen und ist in 10 min im Centrum.... an alles ist gedacht, was die Einrichtung des Zimmers anbelangt! Sogar morgens um 4.30 Uhr, Abreise, ein freundlicher Herr an der reception.!

Kamer was oud en slecht onderhouden, restaurant was niet goed. bediening was slecht eten was taai en niet lekker net als het ontbijt. omgeving was daar in tegen heel fijn!

Skulle vilja ge det här hotellet en finare recension för det har otroligt mkt potential. Dock var vi här under en värmebölja och det finns ingen AC. De är så klart väl medvetna om detta, det stod en liten bordsfläkt på rummet, och personalen sa att de hörde klagomål om värmen hundra gånger om dagen. Men det är ju hopplöst när det är så varmt att man inte kan sova... Restaurangen hade också mycket potential men vi var inte nöjda med maten någon av oss, och när vi påtalade det fick vi ett ganska otrevligt bemötande som om det var vårt fel att vi ville ha varm mat och inte kall? Kanske var de underbemannande, kanske var de bara trötta men personalen verkade inte särskilt nöjda. Frukosten var ok men personalen skrek till varandra och det tog tid innan saker fylldes på. Som sagt, hotellet ligger väldigt fint ute i en skogsdunge och det var mysigt, men det finns en stor förbättringspotential.
