"I would not recommend the poperty @Solterra 6086 Broad Oak dr to any family. My wife had to wash linen, towels,dishes pots and pans,clean dired feces off the banister, everything had a red candy sticky surface.The electrical oultlets didnt work or were burned the furniture was dirty or broken.And noone from WonderVacation homes replied to any of texts messages,or emails. I will never stay at Solterra again .My family visits Orlando every year for our summer vacation. I have never...

"The property itself was nice. Very big, comfortable, cute decor. However, there was an issue with the trash bins that were stored inside the garage (according to the instructions, the bins were to be stored inside/out of sight even though all the other houses had them outside near the garage). The trash containers were NASTY. They were full of maggots and with a fetid foul-smell that made it IMPOSSIBLE to be inside the garage and enjoy the games that were there. "Poor communication. I stayed 2 days without AC, the backyard screen were damaged, the indoor pool was never turned on and the worst of all there was a cockroach on my bed. I really had good expectations for this place but unfortunately the service was not as I expected."
