" The resort itself was really enjoyable and offered many amenities. I would definitely recommend this resort if you were planning on just staying on grounds and using everything they had to offer. If you are planning to visit parks or do other things you might want to consider a smaller hotel. The resort is huge and very spread out. Most areas of resort are beautiful and clean. "The location is fantastic for going to Disney. Everything was spotlessly cleaning and the staff was great. However, we didn't have hot water for most of the time we were there - it was lukewarm at best. The breakfast buffet and coffee shop were both great. But room service doesn't start until 4pm and has about 5 available items. It was kind of shocking for a 4 star hotel. It's great to have access to all the Wyndham property pools but people were saving chairs like there's no tomorrow at 2pm...
