"We had the best stay! Kim reached out to me immediately when I booked the property. She wanted to make sure I was fully informed about the house and the general resort property. She was so nice and always available. When we got there, the house was perfect, except the smoke alarms were chirping. I called her to let her know and she immediately sent someone over to fix the problem. We had the pool heated for $35 a day and the temperature was perfect. "Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We needed to evacuate from right off Anna Maria island for hurricane Milton. The property manager was amazing as was the bungalow. All the comforts of home you and guests would need for a stay. Welcoming kind and generous owners. I would consider going again just for a small getaway! The people in the community were also friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there!"

"What would I say? I love this place. Very clean and very quiet. They have a kitchenette inside you can definitely cook and make your own meal no need to eat out.The Bed is very comfortable. Its been a year since I started coming here and here I am still loving this place. The price is better than anyone else. Owners are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for those who want a cheap but comfortable stay. "
