"Hotel was decent with signs of ageing in the room. Amenities and staffs friendliness are good. The biggest negative for this hotel is the very late check-in time only at 3pm yet expecting guests to check-out at 11am."

"the front desk left an impression on me. Queenie was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. The room was basic but that was what we signed up for. the hot water was super, and the bed was very comfortable. the location was unbeatable and close to amenities, shopping and food. will definitely recommend it to friends. "

"Spacious rooms. Good breakfast with amazing views from dining room. I was able to check in 2 hours early. Also has a shuttle to take you to ximen station although it is only a 10 minute walk anyway."
