"Came the 5th may Had my 5 year old Daughter very safe for her but the POOLS were FREEZING did not want to spend a lot of time in the pool at this time of year which is a shame cause all a child wants to do is play about in a pool Also didn’t think there was a lot going on for kiddies through the day no kinda Kids club "

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"I was only there for one night just passing thru with my family and arrived after dark. It would not be fair to rate the place, but it seems like a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Easy directions and welcoming. The only downside was that we had to leave the car by the front office overnight instead of next to the cabin in a secure area because the gates don’t function between midnight and 7:00 and we had an early departure. No problem. They have security around the place. "

The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. "Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day...
