"There are many, many great points about this resort. The staff, the food, the showers, everything was great. The reason for only four stars instead of five is because there is a mandatory rule that men must wear trousers to eat inside any restaurant and this was not explained before arrival. Women can wear any length of dress, skirt or shorts but men must be in full length trousers. Only having the one pair that I flew in left me with little options. "Here for the golf: interesting course, comfy accommodation and good food at the all you can eat Sens buffet. Green fee is in line with other courses on island BUT the first tee is a long way from the pro shop and hotel (the practice ground is even further) so it is impractical to play without a cart. Whilst one might tolerate 25e extra to hire a buggy to be charged 50 if there are 2 people using it is just plain wrong. Sort this out please!"

"This property is quite new, stylish and well-maintained. It is stylish and has great views from a commanding position on a hill just above the port. It is really an apartment complex with a restaurant open sometimes and offer buffet breakfast with the facility to order some items fresh such as omelettes. The property has a small staffing, but these are friendly, efficient and helpful people. Big shout for Carmelo at breakfast and Karen in the restaurant and the charming chap at the pool bar...

"Very pleased with our stay. We had a 3 bed oceanfront and the outside area with pool was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only comment would be to improve the bedding - the duvet cover was just some sheets combined to cover it but didn’t really work. The cement factory is hardly noticed when you’re there and it’s only an easy 10 minute walk to the town. Breakfast was good and worth the extra cost. "

The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
