"I loved everything about this hotel. 1) Most staff are a little younger but they provide excellent customer service. 2) Great shower water pressure and plenty of hot water. 3) Amazing breakfast food! 4) Great Goat cheese salad/croquettes. 5) Robes are nice. "

"First time visiting Brussels and this hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the decor of hotel and the room. I was extremely comfortable. Walking to city center is about 15/20mins. The hotel is perfectly placed where you are close enough to the fun but not the noise. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Jose in the front desk. Benjamin in the concierge, Jimmy in the restaurant. more names that I can not remember. Certainly a wonderful hotel ! Hotel is not in the touristy zone, and more on European quarter, I would say more suited for business stay, but I was travelling with a 12 year old and it suited so well as it was slightly away from the Hussle and bustle of crowded parts. In front of hotel there is a square with good options for food and a Sunday market....

"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not...
