"Excellent property in Centro/Sol. Hotel sits on Plaza Del Carmen which is currently being upgraded and should be lovely when complete. Location is Chueca adjacent with easy access to Malasaña, Retiro, Gran Via, and most attractions. David, Santi, and Manuel showed me nothing but comfort and grace. Thank you so much!"

"The location is very good, eating and taking the subway are very convenient, very clean and quiet, although the room is a little small. Also, there is a gap in the shower door, and water will seep out and make the floor wet. Everything else is good, very satisfied! Very comfortable stay!"

"I was here just to rest from jetlag. The boys at experience were so kind and let me check in to my room early after a long journey. Breakfast at the lobby cafe was delicious with a spectacular iced latte. I also booked a reflexology treatment and it was 10/10! "
