"We booked with 2 kids, I am quite certain we put in the ages but on our reservation information, I can't see the ages. The front desk of the hotel made us feel quite bad on check in and openly blamed us for having the kids ages not listed properly and felt like an accusation of trying to defraud them. "Really nice gardens, pools and surrounds. Great place to stay. The buffet breakfast was awesome and a really good way to start reach day. Highly recommend staying here, you can literally stay within the resort and not need to leave."

"Spacious rooms and staff was very attentive and welcoming. Whenever there was any issues with the room, they were able to fix it immediately. A nice touch the hotel did was cleaning our room 2 times a day and also giving us some dried fruit snacks. We all had a great time and would come back. "
