"I and my husband stayed in Hotel Awaken Danang for 3 nights. The room is spacious with great view. The customer services are excellent and the staff is responsive. Special compliments to the Manager Henry for his awesome service and helpfulness. We took dinner at the top floor and the food was very good at reasonable price. Strongly recommend this hotel in Da Nang."

"Well appointed room clean great view of the bay and fisher people in there little boats the street to the beach easy to cross ,food plentiful fresh at breakfast…BUT the staff are what makes this place a stand out helpful super polite with excellent English that old fashion customer service and respect thats lacking in most western hotels ,for example no hotel i been in ,till now !!!has the management open the door of the taxi thanks you for your stay with hands shake wishing safe travels and hope you return soon …surreal!!"

"The hotel is a bit old but their service is fantastic. The staff cannot be more helpful in promptly responding to our requests/inquiries & helping us with luggage drop off/bellhop. The room (Family apartment) was spacious and clean with the best sea view and 2 bathrooms. Amenities (kitchenwares, toiletries, bathrobes, safe...) are well stocked. Really recommend for family stay. The swimming pool is tiny though. The location is a bit far from the center with few restaurants around but it's easy to take grab from there. Breakfast buffet options are limited during off season but still got a nice variety from Vietnamese to Western dishes and decent taste. Overall a true value for money. Things hotel can consider to improve: Add handwash soap, 2 more small cups & spoons, and a full body mirror. Also 1 of the bathrooms got no ventilator so the smell is a bit trapped. The rest is good."

"We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, starting with a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with VIP treatment, including welcome drinks and flower garlands, which made us feel special. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, always responsive via the Hotels.com app, making communication seamless. We were also able to arrange rooms on the same floor, which made it much easier to stay connected. We booked a family suite with a sea view, and it didn’t disappoint—the view of My Khe Beach was stunning. As part of our booking, we also enjoyed complimentary high tea on our first day, which was a lovely touch. Though our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues with the rooms. The kettle wasn’t working, the TV signal went out for a couple of days, and one of the air conditioners had a malfunction. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently to resolve these problems. They were also kind enough to provide extra pillows upon request. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and was delicious. However, we would have appreciated more variety over the four days of our stay, as the options remained largely the same. One small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay."

"The staff make this place amazing. They're always friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay memorable. The hotel location is across the street from the ocean and broad walk which makes for a lovely morning walk. Be aware that the hotel is outside of the main town but transportation is so cheap it didn't bother us. Highly recommend this hotel."
