"Overall we had a lovely stay! The room was incredible and very clean. One thing to note is that it was often hard to find staff members, especially at the cafe. We would want to get something and there would be no staff on the entire floor. We also had an odd interaction with one of the front desk members. "I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there.
