"There’s no doubt that the main foyer and restaurant areas are breathtaking and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the rooms/bathrooms and lobby areas are extremely dated and nowhere near a 5* hotel rating or the high prices. From the dated furniture and carpets in the rooms, to the cheap wallpaper and wooden vanity units in the bathroom and then the strange corrugated panels in the lobby areas which seem like unfinished construction work.. this is just not a 5* hotel."

"Everyone was awesome. One bad experience at front desk. Both my room cards were not working on elevators and rooms. I shared this with front desk worker who was leaving for day and she quickly reset cards. Same thing 10 min later, Cards not working on lifts and rooms. Another girl up front imsisted my son Must have latch on door. I checked, it wasn’t and she refused to look into further i.e. log into PC. Weird and rude but all else great. "
