"In this hotel we experienced the BEST customer service in our entire trip to Spain. The staff is amazing and very helpful. they helped us with rental car and tour reservations and were all over customer experience. We stayed in the Rooms with the hot tub and it felt like a Spa. super clean and the bathroom set up and accessories were very nice. Perfect Area full of nice restaurants you can walk to many points of interest like Plaza España. Recomended 1000% "

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "
