"The apartment hotel is wonderful.I took a one bedroom. It was large and clean and comfortable. The location was excellent right in the middle of the nightlife and day life! I paid extra for breakfast and it was absolutely terrible quality,I ate once and didn't go back ! Don't include breakfast in your package!"

"This hotel is co-located with the Terminal 21 shopping mall and with the Asoke BTS (sky train) and the Sukhumvit MRT (subway) stations, making this 5-star hotel supremely convenient. The staff are extraordinary, fluently speaking English, and anxious to help their guests. We stayed on the 32nd floor in a double deluxe room, which had an in-room laundry. We will stay here the next time we visit Bangkok"

"I felt the staff were polite and attentive. It is a spacious airy hotel that is decorated tastfully. Its modern and bright inside. Late pool access which was lovely as it was quiet. It was close to great dining options, and great shopping. Would definitely stay again"

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and the friendly service staff made the experience even better. The décor was eclectic, with plenty of eye-catching details that added to the charm of the place. There was always something interesting to admire. The rooms were spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I especially enjoyed the free tangerines. "To say the least this hotel is without doubt the best of the best. There is not a single thing that is not extremely great about this hotel. I rate it 6 stars 1 level above every other hotel i have ever stayed at including a tough competior the Grand Hyatt. They are good the Grand Westdide is GREAT.
