Walkable to town (mostly flat) and to National Palace, Regaleira."

"We had a wonderful stay here. Even though it was pouring rain the whole time, we loved all the amenities that were offered at Penha Longa. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kind. Every single one we came in contact with. The indoor pool and spa facilities were amazing! The beautiful chocolate were so special and we bought lots to take home. Our Junior Suite was comfortable and the room service was quick and very good for the kids. We loved our stay and would have loved to stay much longer. Great hotel! "

"This was an absolutely beautiful place with a gorgeous location. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. It is close enough to different places to go and see that taking an uber was affordable and easy. Cannot reccomend this place enough. "

"Love this resort, we did enjoy it at its off season; the weather was mild at the end of November and only got 1 rainy day. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have a lovely 2 bedroom suite and kitchen and living rm, the only thing I would have to say is that we kept having issue with internet and that was do to the room’s router which they replace a day after we arrived."
