"We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...

"Wonderful place to stay for the night before my next flight. Spacious, clean and accommodating. A great sleep too. I was able to walk from the airport to the hotel which was a plus though I did make a big circle to find the entrance (I turned right rather than left). "

My family and I were very pleased to have stayed in Westin Chao Yang. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful. The family deluxe room has two queen size beds. "Area is near the embassies so it’s extremely safe with lots of things around that cater to foreigners. Maid service and staff are quite helpful, maid even folded my clothes which was a nice touch. Starbucks in the hotel is convenient although it opens at 930am. Only thing I don’t like is the room is a little dated with carpet instead of laminate. At least they have plugs everywhere and the plugs accommodate American plugs. "
