The indoor pool and spa is gorgeous and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. Once the construction work on the beach is completed it will be an amazing location. " The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating. To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault....
